Great service and exceptional employees! We recently experienced an issue with our AC and had great service from the employees that answered the phone to the general manager. The technicians were very professional and responded in a timely manner. We have been using them for 20 years and we will continue the next 20!

We had a horrendous experience with this company this weekend . We mistakenly chose them to do a service check on our AC unit prior to putting it on the market . A service tech came out Friday -checked everything inside and out -we paid 200 for their maintenance program -and he left . By early the next morning it was 80 degrees in our condo -and the system wasnt working ! I called them and said you had a tech here less than 24 hours ago who checked the unit front to back and said it was running perfectly . They sent out a tech -who spent some time out back -came back inside and said oh you have a slow refrigerant leak -that will cost $999.00 to fix . SLOW ???? It was working FINE before your technician touched it yesterday -how could it be a SLOW leak ?? Did he miss it ?? NO response -just said we needed to pay $999.00 to get it running . This is a complete , total SCAM. I guarantee the service tech did something when he went to check the exterior unit the day prior . WHAT a coincidence that SOMEHOW a slow leak developed immediately after he left !!! There is no such thing as that kind of coincidence . We will be disputing the charge for the maintenance agreement -and we now have to hire and pay for a repair that THEY caused ! What a complete nightmare -avoid this company at all costs .

Del was tremendous. He got my issue when I was explaining and trying to make the sound the unit was making, he identified it immediately! He then verified his theory, explained in detail to me, and showed me the part that was the problem! Besides being expert, he was professional and pleasant, insuring it worked properly. Best service I have had. We have used the company for years, and will for future years, and request Del to be the technician!

Be very careful and I do not recommend that any one use them. I brought buy a new unit with extended warranty . They are trying to charge me $800 to fix my unit . I would be careful if you use them. I am telling you to be careful if use them I do not think they are honest. There are more companies to deal with. BE CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY
