Thank you to the two knowledgeable Hartwick employees that came out to maintain my 2 ac systems. It rained so hard while they continued to work and carried on with great attitudes. Very knowledgeable. They shared information on how to help my systems stay clean and cleaned them both beyond belief. One unit had its own ecosystem. They looked brand new again! Coupons were available on their website and a 10% discount for healthcare workers. Services: Cleaning, HVAC maintenance, AC maintenance

I am so impress: I got an urgent appt right away. Clinton the tech quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. He was very customer service oriented and professional. He also explained the entire process and how I can fix the same problem in the future if it happens again so I don't need a service call in the future.

Clinton Golder and Taylor Adams from Hartwick Heating and Air came out to service two new units we purchased this year (free service for the first year too! YA!) for our commercial building in Green Cove Springs. They were amazing. They removed all parts and cleaned the units, changed all filters, cleaned lines and, most importantly, gave me useful information and knowledge that will help me keep my two commercial units in tip top shape for the long haul. Clinton and Taylor were super helpful, timely, and cleaned up everything before they left. Very professional! I am so glad we chose Hartwick for our commercial AND our home residential units. Needed to have some work done, called Hartwick Heating & Air scheduled an appt. Aaron the tech text when he was on his way, he arrived on time. He is very knowledgeable and is extremely polite and lets you know what he’s doing. If you need any a/c work don’t hesitate to contact them!!!
