A/C quit working over the week-end at our rental property. called Monday and Came over that day, gave us the bad news it needed replaced. ( i thought that was going to be it.) Norm quoted a price which was in my ballpark and could install by end of week. Our tenant has health issues and Norm was able to bring over a portable A/C to help them out. A plus service. 5:30 Labor Day afternoon, we arrive at our condo after a 2 week absence. The thermostat was set at 70, the room temp was 76. We called the emergency number and were told we would get a call back. An hour later Mike was on the phone saying he was on the way. He fixed the problem, gave me a bill, and I left to walk back to the condo. 30 seconds later he was chasing after me saying he had overcharged me. He corrected the bill and left. I cannot say better things about this company. Service: A/C system repair

Mike of Climate Masters recently finished servicing our Trane AC which had a problem. He came out the same day when our original servicer wouldn't commit to come out for 3 days. Mike evaluated the problem, determine potential issues and ordered the parts necessary to resolve the problem. Mike was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the costs. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend him to others. Service: A/C system repair
