Hands down the worst experience!! I called at 5 pm and was guaranteed a tech would be there the same night to look at my a/c. Tech would call on the way. At 7:30 when we hadn’t received a call, I called back and was informed we should receive a call shortly. At 10pm, still no call!!! I called again and was informed they stop service calls at 8 pm and the on call person wasn’t responding. We turned down other companies who returned our call after scheduling with your company since your company GUARANTEED a tech that never came. We were told we would receive a call this morning to rectify the issue and surprise surprise no call. Service: HVAC repair

We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Advanced Air when they removed our old hot water heater tank and we replaced it with an electric tankless hot water heater! We live in a condo in Palencia and every square foot of available space is critical in a condo but we were also concerned about a traditional hot water tank rupturing and having water go into the units below us. The sales rep Josh came out to our unit, reviewed whether or not the tankless would be a good fit for us, went through all of our questions and we were satisfied. Two weeks later we had two awesome technicians come out, remove the old tank and install the new one. It is been a great decision! If you ask your friends about electric tankless hot water heaters you'll get every Monday Morning Quarterback tell you "Oh no, they're not very good" so I did my own research and vetted it myself and it's been worth it. We gained more space in our laundry room, we have the efficiency of a tankless heater and the finished product is minimal. 5 Stars for Advanced Air! Service: Boiler installation

So appreciative for the professionalism, timeliness and most importantly follow through of our two A/C Unit installations. Really refreshing to deal with people where above and beyond are considered a part of normal operating procedures.

Absolute perfection. From scheduling for a quote, to Paul who came out and gave me the quote, to Kim over the phone, every one was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of me and the re-plumbing of my home.
