The plumber came to repair 2 leaking water spickets on the outside of the house. He came and assessed the situation. He immediately let me know what was needed. In order to do the job the right way, he needed to know where the water meter was. I told him i didn't know. Rather then put it on me to get in touch with the city and have them come out on my time , he was extremely proactive and he went above and beyond and called the city himself and had them navigate him to the water meter. when that didn't work he then had them come out to show him where the meter was. He stood there and waited until they came out and showed him where the meter was. After that he then started the job and was very informative from start to finish.He then cleaned up the mess and left it looking nice and clean.Then he went to the store and came back to install another part to do the install the right way. I then felt happy to pay him for all his hard work!! I kept his information so i can use him again in the future.I would definitely recommend this guy to anyone that needs plumber service. Our gas combi boiler broke right before Christmas week. I've called Pipdex and Oleg was able to arrange an emergency service call on the same day. When Serge arrived he was very professional and transparent about every step that he was doing to fix my boiler. It was needed to disassemble the 3-way valve but because the boiler was leaking water for a while all screws were rusted. He called Navien, the boiler company customer support, and described the problem with details, they even did a video call. The tech confirmed that it's not fixable and Navien will give us the new boiler for free! I couldn't be happier, thank you so much Pipdex for advocating on the clients' behalf. The new boiler was installed at next day. Thank you Oleg and Serge for bringing back hot water and heat to my home. I would recommend this company, certified and professional.
