I had broken the CPVC water pipe leading to a hose bib on the side of our house, requiring me to turn off the water in the house. I called numerous plumbers in an effort to get the leak repaired and our water turned back on. Finally, I contacted Four Way Plumbing, who was willing to take a look at the problem I texted a photo of the site of the leak, and Lettie told me that someone would be out this afternoon. Grant and his colleague actually showed up early and had the leak repaired and a new hose bib installed within a half hour, 15 minutes of which was waiting for the adhesive to dry. These guys knew what they were doing and they did it. The price was more than fair. I can't say enough about this company's responsiveness and professionalism. They are now our "go-to" plumbers, and will always be the first company we call when plumbing problems arise. I had a sewer backup problem in my main bathroom. As a single woman I am always concerned that I would not be able to trust companies not to take advantage, this could not be further from the truth, I found that this company was extremely trustworthy and honest. At 1st I thought it was just a clog in the toilet, The toilet overflowed flooding my bathroom, hall and partially into my family room. I called Four Way Plumbing, inc and they came out the next day, removed the toilet, replaced broken parts, and had to clear a clog. The workers were very courteous and thorough, they explained everything and cleaned everything up. This was a little more complicated, it appeared like the problem was solved. Everything seemed normal for a few days and the backup and flooding happened again, I called one of the owners back in a panic, now thinking it is gonna be a major problem, of course jumping to the worst case scenario, and the owners were out of town and assured me they would come out in just a few days when they returned. I was ok with that because it seemed like as long as I didn't use that bathroom, it was ok. Chris came out early in the morning that Monday, a day sooner than he was suppose to. He immediately found the problem and solved it. I was so relieved and pleased that they didn't have to do major repairs. I found that this company was very reasonable in cost, and trustworthy and very good to work with. I will use them without hesitation for any future plumbing problems. Service: Sewer repair
