I recently had a problem with my garbage disposal and they arrived when they could and worked diligently. My garbage disposal was fixed with flying colors thank you B & K!!!! I would highly recommend!

My hot water heater burst in the middle of last night. I woke to a flood in my garage. B & K had set a toilet for me in the fall. I was so impressed with the young tech that I vowed this was my new plumber. So I called them. They were full but fit me in. David arrived about noon. He called another tech and together they tried for at least 2 hours to save my tank. When it was obvious that the old girl wasn't having the life support, David and, please forgive me I've forgotten your name, reluctantly pronounced the old girl dead. I asked them to please install a new water heater. They felt worse than I did. They ran back to the shop, picked one up and installed it in about an hour. After all their effort and time, they did not charge me a penny for labor and charged a more than fair price for the Rheem unit. Companies like this don't exist anymore. Please do not call them.
