Barnes Heating & Air Conditioning

Had someone come out to give a quote on a new unit plus a mini split and was told Id get a quote within a couple days. It has now been a month with no quote, no call back and no one responding to my follow up email request.

My propertys 2 hvacs had been originally installed by barnes heating and cooling but I discovered few years later that it was not installed properly. I reached out to this company and the owner, Dana sent the technitian and reinstalled it properly. The owner is very honest who takes responsibility of their work. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling needs!

If you have a geothermal unit do not call Barnes! Can't speak about any other ac, but they do not know how a geothermal unit works! Do NOT be fooled like we were.

This company deserves praise they came with in 30 min of the call and fixed our AC unit with in 10 min! Best of all only cost me a service call. Pretty gangster keep up the great work! Service: A/C system repair

Bought a new house with a furnace from Barns. Anytime we run our furnace our gas bill is insane - it was $560 in December - we have 2000 square foot house and keep it between 70-72. Our neighbors house is the same size, they same builder, built the same year, same furnace unit and their bill is normally $40. Okaloosa gas sent us a break down of the days we use gas which correlated with colder days. Barns has come out four times since we moved in to try and fix the issue. The first guy came out and said nothing was wrong. The second guy came out and told us our unit was configured incorrectly. Then they told us we had a bad condenser - but when they came to install it they said it was actually fine and we didnt need a new condenser. The last time they told us that the furnace / AC unit was perfectly fine and if we have a high gas bill we should buy space heaters for house so we dont have have to use gas. Then charged me $100 for coming to our home. The unit clearly isnt working properly if your advice is to buy space heaters. The only thing they have been consistent on is that a $500 gas bill isnt too expensive.
