Rich showed up and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He was extremely professional and polite. I've never had a repair fixed and explained why and what so nicely before. I recommend him for anyone that needs their problem with appliances fixed professionally. I will absolutely be calling again first if I have any more problems with any of my appliances! So I called this gentleman this morning to get an estimate to fix my dryer if I don't reason at all he started telling me to fuck off for no reason I don't know what's going on there but that's not how you talk to people for no reason or any reason for that matter horrible service
