        This is an unprofessional Heating and Cooling Co. Contract by Sears on a home warranty to service/repair of our A/C .Contacted home warranty Friday, August 18. Soonest appointment August 22. He came unprepared, he left, we have not received a report nor will he answer or return our multiple calls.! Today is Friday, August 25 and still no resolution! If i could give this company a minus zero I would!!! Service: AC repair
