This place is absolutely evil. I still remember the trauma and pain it caused me over 20 years ago. How on earth is this place still open? I have filed a complaint with the state of Florida. Everyone who has been abused by this doctor should as well.

Just not a great experience. Mindless staff. Poor work, had a filling fall out and was told by another dentist that they don't even use that type of filling anymore, "that it is kind of outdated" Also had a crown put on that became infected do to poor workmanship. I asked to have my x-rays sent and they didn't.

1 star is giving this place justice, what they deserve is to be shut down. This is unfortunately the only dentist I went to growing up, since parents are not aloud to go back with their child my mother was not able to witness the abuse and hostility. I developed such a huge, raging fear of the dentist because I thought that what they were doing was normal and it was like that everywhere. So eventually I stopped going to the dentist altogether because it got so bad I was petrified just to go get a cleaning because it hurt so bad. I recently moved out of state and started worrying about my teeth since I hadnt been to the dentist in at least 2 years, but I was absolutely terrified of going. I found a found a local dentist with good reviews and went in for a cleaning and exam and didnt say much about my prior dental trauma. They were so gentle and nothing they did in my mouth caused me any pain and I left the dentist smiling. Ive never left the dentist smiling in my life. Dr Susan Blankenship and her staff do not treat their patients even remotely acceptable. This office needs to be shut down. if youre new to the area looking for a new dentist for your child, do not scar your kids for life, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO DR SUSAN BLANKENSHIP!!! Now we will pay to fix the damage that not I, but Susan Blankenship caused. And a little PSA, white fillings DO in fact exist for kids. This woman is a psychopath.

This dentist gave me such intense trauma that 15 years later I can still remember in excruciating detail being held down kicking and screaming while they drilled into my tooth without offering any sort of numbing agent or pain relief. My mother was told that because my cavity was surface level and I was so young that they would not provide any novocaine. She was not allowed in the room with me and when I was taken back on my own, begging them to stop when they began drilling but was ignored. When I came out in tears (I was not a dramatic child) my mother asked to speak to the dentist and was denied. I will never understand how you hold down and torture a 4-year-old child who is crying and begging you to stop. Absolutely disgusting. To see its still happening 15 years later is even more repulsive.
