All the women were rude to the moms. The tone and respect they used with the dads was totally different. My son wasn't even in his chair all the way when the dentist told him to open his mouth and didn't even inspect his teeth, just got up and said "no cavities" as she walked out. He went there for a cleaning because of what appears to be built on plaque on one of his back teeth, no one acknowledged it and it's still there. They were very short with me and wouldn't allow me to finish speaking to tell them my concerns. When my son said the lady cleaning his mouth was hurting him she told him he was lying and kept doing it. Now I have to use more time out of our full busy schedule to take him to a new dentist to get it checked out. They stood over us while writing a previous review confirming we gave them five stars. I'm updating it now to reflect what actually happened.

Ever since Covid, they have not allowed parents back with kids. The level of care and respect has drastically declined without my presence according to my children. We understand precautions for Covid but we are fully vaxxed and could would wear a mask. To me it seems like a good way to try to prevent complaints. Thumbs Down!!! We will be finding a new dentist before our next appointment.
