I am extremely disappointed with this office. I showed up to my appointment today 4/8 and the office is CLOSED. I took time off work to make this appointment I scheduled back in February. On 4/1 I received a reminder text. On 4/4 I received a confirmation text and responded to confirm. This morning I received another text excited to see you at your appointment today. The text mentioned a new location opening 4/15 but nothing indicating the current location is closed or that my appointment has been rescheduled. I drove to the new location to see if maybe I was supposed go there, there was only construction workers. I called all of the numbers associated with the office and tried calling the affiliated offices, harp and orthodontic just to see if they could give me information, none of my calls were answered. This is ridiculous and a major waste of my time that could have easily been avoided by letting me know and rescheduling.
