I called out this company for an estimate on my roof. Lawrence told me that he was going to send me the quote and he never responded. In fact, I never heard back from him. I will never use this company again.

Hired this guy Lawrence to do garage conversion paid him 1500 for plans he never came back 6 months later he sent plans that were not signed or sealed when I contacted the Architect I was told he never paid them for the plans thats why they weren't signed. I'm out of 1500 and the architect said the plans for what I needed was only 700. Ive contacted my lawyer and will be sending a demand letter and also contacting the consumer fraud division because he is obviously committing fraud

the poorest quality work Ive ever seen. Excuse after excuse. Leaving my house open and unattended. Drinking in the job. Smoking in my house. The owner had no answers. He allowed it all! Service: Drywall installation

Made a previous post about Lawrence after speaking with him and hearing his story of struggle during the covid season. I understood and extended Grace. My Drawings were signed and sealed within a week and I was refunded the extra money that was charged for the permit that wasn't pull. I feel Mr. LAWRENCEhit a hard spot in life as we all do an is now making amends. I'm salute that.
