Ordered windows in December of 2020 and we still don't have in the correct order. Lansing has delivered the wrong windows to the customer's home, without checking them, so they had to be returned, on more than one occasion. They never should have left the manufacturer's facility or Lansing to begin with. Moving forward, we will order elsewhere.
Update: December 2022, we still haven't received the order.

Awesome customer service, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Alexandra in the window department has always taken care of our business and any issues that may come up she handles promptly and professionally.
