Baxter Windows & Doors is licensed (#SCC131152146) in the entire state of Florida although currently only operating in the following counties: Osceola County, Orange County, Seminole County and Parts of Lake County. Our Energy Efficient Windows qualify for OUC and Progress Energy (Now Duke Energy) rebates. Our family either supervises on site or actually installs the windows. Personal service is assured.
