In October I wrote a review pointing out the poor conditions of the gym. I got a response saying that renovations were coming soon to all of the amenities. The gym just opened back up after being closed for a couple months and its even worse now. All they did was add new wallpaper. There is even more broken equipment than before and a lot of missing weights so you cant get a full work out in. Also we pay for valet trash and never get our trash picked up because raccoons keep breaking into the trash bins. We shouldnt be paying valet trash just to have to throw it out ourselves every day. They should take care of the raccoon problem or add animal proof trash bins. Overall its very frustrating paying for an unusable gym and unfulfilled trash services. Its bad enough that we are forced to pay for fetch even though most of us never use it. Also under the new management there is a 20 dollar charge to pay rent no matter if you pay with your bank account, credit, or debit card. So basically our rent went up by $20 out of nowhere. This place is just full of unfair fees.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this apartment complex. Upon moving out theyve attempted to charge me $450 due to damages that were inflicted by my roommates over a year before I moved in. Theyve refused to respond and address the situation, along with taking accountability for the fact that this complex simply scams their residents. The apartments arent even nice, and there have been multiple break ins within this complex. Do not send your children here if theyre students, my parents wish I wouldve gone ANYWHERE else, as do I.

Do not let your student rent here! When my daughter moved in, her room was dirty with pet hair all over it. The grout in the shower had black in it that we could not remove, even with bleach. When she moved out we left the room cleaner than when she moved in & took photos. They charged her over $70 in cleaning fees, including a kitchen cleaning fee that they did not charge to her other 3 roommates. When we disputed these charges, it took a long time for them to respond, they didn't respond to why she was the only resident charged the kitchen cleaning fee & they did not remove it off her account. They really do not care about their residents. Also, you can never get anyone on the phone. Your call will go to voicemail & no one will return your call if you leave a message.

This place is horrible. The rooms are nice and pretty spacious but thats about it. We had our water heater break multiple times and didn't have hot water for a month. They had to end up replacing the entire heater completely and when I asked for compensation for this I was greeted with an attitude and talked down on. Our dishwasher was broken since move-in and even after they "fixed" it it continues to make a loud buzzing noise. Our drier piece is broken as well. In addition to these things, the place is invaded with raccoons. If you don't lock your trash and put a heavy weight on it raccoons will tear through the trash and the trash service will not take it. You must clean the trash at that point. There are major bugs and pests as well. The office, gym, and pool was under construction for over a month so I had no access to the "included" amenities. The price is way too high and the simple bills suck. Thin walls, and bad service. Overall the place is outdated and I have not had a good experience. Would not live here or recommend living here.
