My mother and I were given a great tour by Julia! She was very helpful. Answered all our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the property, move in details, fees, application process and everything else related to the property. Beautiful apartments! Signed an application and am looking forward to living in the Village at Science Drive!

For the price, no major complaints. I’ve only been here a month so far and I love it. My only concern is the raccoon issue. Few days ago i was going up the stairs and was literally chased by a raccoon. Last night I was leaving and encountered another raccoon right by our door. It wouldn’t move, it was just starting at me. Things like, the thin walls and limited parking is easy to get over. But the raccoon issue is scary.

Just toured and it was amazing! Very clean looking and spacious. Julia was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions and made the best recommendations! It was a lovely experience.
