Collegiate Village Inn Student Housing

The meal plan was really enticing at first since they had fruits and food on the grill.If you do plan on staying here regardless of the reviews,try their omelette out. Beyond that the food is usually mediocre,unseasoned chicken and dried up rice. My water was cold the whole year I lived here,I told the management staff about it countless times.They finally sent someone over but the problem was more of a infrastructure problem in their heating design than a fix anyone could do. On that note,the plumbing system always went out without notice as to when its out/ will come back up.Even when it was back,sometimes you had to worry about the water being brown. The place never feels alive,all the amenities are abandoned since the pool is never cleaned/has too high of a pH. For what you pay to be here,it is definitely not worth the headache.I talked to the person in charge, Melissa Leon, and she was did nothing to expedite/resolve my issues.Only thing good is that omelette and fellow residents are cool to be around.

The place is pretty awesome i do wish they would fix my leaky plumbing after ive told them.about it like 4 times but other than that its nice here the staff are very nice and work hard to assist you

it’s a cool m fun place to live! staff office is nice, housekeeping every week! meals included n transportation to campus, also walking distance to chipotle and knights pub! i love it here
