Not very friendly at all. Said they are not a ups store, and yet the sign says otherwise. Dont waste your time with this location.

What's going on here? I have been a customer here for over 9 years and for the last few months, service is getting worse. Untrained staff, need basic customer service practices. I sent my printing job, by email, and even called to confirm and give them an extra hour more from the time frame they asked for the job and when we arrived, nothing was done. I waited another 15 minutes there and after, the job was done wrong because they didn't read my instructions. I miss the old crew

First and last time I come here. Had a USPS prepaid barcode to return an item. Supposed to be a quick in and out, however because they dont have the proper equipment to scan and print the barcode needed, they needed to charge me to print and then up charge that because I paid with a card. After that I asked for a receipt of barcode as it was a pricey return, and they couldnt provide. NOT A TRUE USPS USPS for packages.
