Spoke with Jonathan, on 2/27/24, who said he had my certified letter I mailed from the west side of Longwood on 1/11/24. I needed it back since the recepient had never picked it up. He told me to come and get it. I told him it was not my responsibility to drive an hour from my house and an hour back and I needed USPS to send it back as is the protocol with them. I have yet to get it back and I have tried x3 to call him but no one there is picking up the phone!

Couriers from this USPS location left a pink pickup slip at my residence with the incorrect USPS location/address 20 miles away (Pine Castle Post Office). Upon driving there (20 miles one way) and being informed that they didn't have my package and that it was delivered to the Union Park post office, I drove there and asked for some sort of compensation for their mix-up. The employees were rude and displayed no empathy at all for my situation. Avoid using this post office unless you have no option. Terrible customer service with no empathy for their customers. You're lucky to get your package delivered at all with how incompetent their employees are.

Jhossi is very kind and patient, and all the staff is super nice, I recommend this office, apart from the fact that they are fast

These people are amazing! Very helpful, moves the line quickly. I sent a package but forgot my wallet. The postal worker at the counter PAID for it! You bet I came right back and repaid him!!! Happy place!
