        I dropped a package off while in vacation last week and the package has not been scanned in! I have a customer complaining about not receiving their package now! They dont answer the phone either!!!!!!

        Dropped off my package last Thursday. Only two people working the desk as I understood it was later in the day. Paid for my package to get to my sister with an eta of April 2nd... Sadly the package appears to never have left the post office and after a week just shows "accepted" . No response and no callbacks from Orlando after the service order was created! Yet the Louisiana USPS called me to let me know they are looking out for it... soooooo where is it?

        Told they dont offer tape for ground packagesall I need was to tape the shipping label on and was told its $1.99 for tape? Seriously?!?!

        They should really check they employees and repeat a training to them, how they tell me one thing to do, and after doing it is other thing? That just fell wasting my time. They really need to fire all those ladies, or given them a hard training. Because that's bad for them
