        Passport desk online suggested that walkin appointments were available Saturdays. I came in and he told me that was wrong. There was no line and he wasn't doing anything. I told him my wife works during the week and wondered if that he could make an exception. He was too busy doing nothing.

        Online it says open until 7:00 pm but in the office there is no one who can help you and they are closed with metal curtains. It's frustrating, is 6:30pm, I needed help and I can't do my procedure. That is so wrong!

        Go anywhere else, even if its an hour away. I was attended by a chubby old man who was beyond rude. I simply came in to ask about the tracking of a package I had due to it not having any tracking updates at all. I tried explaining my situation to him and he immediately gets defensive and starts arguing with me despite me only trying to explain to him the issue he then tells me he cant do anything about it. And i asked if there would be any resolution to my package having gone missing and he just shrugged.
