Im not person that write reviews ! but Ive to make exemption for this time . My kids had appointments on this office on Wednesday January 31@11:30am . Due to the time I had to go and get my kids early dismissal from school. On the way to the dentist it was more traffic than usual due to an accident . My wife called the office and told them that we are running few minutes late due to the traffic . The receptionist told her that we have a 10 min grace period . We arrived 5 minutes past the grace period the moment I walk in the receptionist told me that unfortunately they have to reschedule my kids appointment because Im late in front of my kids that where exited to go to the dentist ( believed or not my kids enjoy going to the dentist) . I try to explain the situation to her but they didnt want to hear it she just keeps saying that is their policy to reschedule. We have been bringing our kids to this location for years and numerous time we have been the one waiting on the dentist because theyre running late and we never complaint. We just feel like this situation could have been handle differently. We are really think hard about changing our kids to a more friendly more understanding dentist office . Accidents happen and we cant prevented .
I have to click on the star to be able post / I wish they had zero stars for they way we got treated from the receptionist that day .
