        Reason why I'm giving them a 4 is because of their customer service employees. They did not notify until I was there that I had problems with my insurance. Did not show empathy at all. I just hope that at another time besides calling for the appointment reminder they also notify if there are any concerns.

        Dr. Ruiz is great and super kind! Had my cleaning done today with dental hygienist Melinda and she was so nice and welcoming as always! Have been seeing her for years now and I always leave with my teeth feeling clean and fresh
