        I wont take my kid here again. Customer service is lacking. When I call no one ever picks up, I leave a voice message, no one calls me back, I leave an online inquiry- no one will call or email back.. finally I stop by in person to book an appointment- next appointment available was almost 2 months out which I end up booking it. A few days before my kids appointment I receive a call asking me to change the appointment date since the location changed operating hours to Tuesdays & Thursdays only which I end up changing. My kid goes in for the appointment, gets the x-rays done, then has to wait for a long time for the cleaning. I would rather pay out of pocket at another dental location outside of Greenburg Dental than experience this disorganized location again. I do not recommend this location or any Greenburg Dental locations!
