        For the last several months I've been trying to call to schedule an appointment for my son who is a existing patient, but no one answers the phone and when you leave a voicemail like instructed by the automated system no one calls you back. I tried today to just walk in to make an appointment and their doors are locked when they're supposed to be open.

        Dr. Jimmy was very gentle. Technician who performed cleaning was sensitive, took the time to explain things, and was patient. Office staff took time to print out my insurance info. to explain particulars. I appreciate their good service and patience.
