BUT BUT
I have been to grace dental Dr.Jiang’s office last week. I don’t agree with other reviews.I have to say the office is very welcoming; and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Their ultraviolet light and extra protection measures vs.COVID the outstanding suction machine made me feel protected , safe and I feel comfortable coming to their office. Because that showed me they care about their patients. The dentist is very knowledgeable in treating my teeth. The Treatment plan coordinator is very kind to explained different options of treatment to me.I am thoroughly satisfied with the office. Just have to give them two thumbs up. Keep up the good work

Yes, let me say a few words about the Nicole N.’s review. First of all we don’t have any patient by that name( plus the fact she is not inOrlando, she sounded like a professional reviewer from Boston) second we don’t have a Pano. That will hit her back, it’s impossible because our panoramic machine is open back digital machine. Also we never got any interns in our office at that time she comes into my office as she described. Not even one intern, let alone 3 interns that followed the hygienist around as she described. This is the biggest lie . Please write a honest review with clear conscience, because God knows who is telling the truth.

I went here once because I had coworkers who recommended and swore by this dentist. I was told I'd be able to get a cleaning and check-up all within 1 hour. I get there and filled out the new patient paperwork and get called back. The hygienist was followed around by 3 interns or something and totally overcrowded me in the chair. It took them 4 tries to take my xrays before having to move me to the standing pano X-ray machine. The pano machine hit my shoulder and back as it was going around. After about 30 minutes of x-rays I was finally brought back to my chair where the dentist poke and prodded at my mouth and left me bleeding. Essentially told me I had multiple cavities and that I had some type of gum disease. About 50 min. into my appointment I said I needed to get back to work so I should probably reschedule for my cleaning. One of the interns received approval from the dental assistant to clean my teeth. She cleaned my teeth in less than 5 minutes and I was happy. However, while she was cleaning my teeth some crazy lady came running over to me and was freaking out that this intern lady was stealing her 12 o'clock deep clean. I said um no? I'm not here for a deep clean nor am I here for another hour. After that the crazy teeth cleaning lady was literally obsessing about me coming back later that day or tomorrow for a deep clean and that my gums needed it. I was officially freaked out at this point. Also knowing full well my insurance doesn't cover a deep clean I definitely did NOT sign up for this. Upon checking out the intern who cleaned my teeth brought over a "Prescribed" cleaning plan and said I could buy it here, I said I would take it to my pharmacy but she never gave me a prescription. I went to another dentist after that and was told my teeth and gums were perfectly fine. My favorite part was that she said I had NO cavities.... So was Grace's going to drill into my perfectly fine teeth? Stay away from this office. I'm pretty sure it's a scam or they work on commission and feel the need to try and bill you/your insurance for anything and everything they can.
