        Receptionist Beatriz, is so rude. Maybe they have her working ther ebecause she is a family or friend with the dentist but wow.. so unprofessional. Don't waste your time going there. They also cancel patients appointments last minute. So disorganize.

      I am the doctor's husband. To answer your question of why the appointment needed to be rescheduled......Evelyn's mom has been ill and passed away on Tuesday. It is shameful that you responded in such a manner, both to the staff over the phone and with this online review, not believing what Bea told you. During this unfortunate time, our office staff has been consistent with the messaging when calling patients asking them to reschedule to a later date. Besides yourself, all other patients were understanding and accommodating of the situation.
