Pediatric Dental Group

This dental office is super unorganized. They scheduled my kids on 2 consecutive days Thursday & Friday and I called to request same day service as dont want to make multiple trips. The staffs returned my call to confirm cleaning appointments for my kids for same day. We spoke Wednesday afternoon around 3pm to confirm next day Thursday afternoon appointments. They then somehow messed up and cancelled my kids appointments without alerting me. We showed up and was told our appointments were cancelled. They said I never confirmed the appointment, how much confirmation do they need for next day appointments ? I purposely didnot confirmed multi day appointments but talked to staffs about same day appointments. Now, reading through recent reviews I see a pattern of how badly front office administration communicates with clients.

This is the worst place to take your kids they give you an appointment and then have you waiting for a while.

I have to be honest although I was a client of this clinic for many years, the truth is I loved everything, but it seems very bad on the part of the administration that for not having communication with the client in this case myself, for a charge that without knowing the insurance dental did not do, instead of informing me so that I could make the missing payment, they decided to send me the account to collection. It was 15 or more years as a loyal customer, and as I said, not even a slight communication, lack of respect, I hope they fix this type of situation. thank you

Always have great experience coming here. Everyone is very nice and helpful, kids love it. Had multiple treatments done including teeth cleaning

Had an appt with my 4 year old who has never been good at dental trips but in this location the staff made him feel so welcomed, so comfortable and were so friendly from the start. Parking was hard to find but once I walked in the wait time was minimal and the dental technician Risma I think her name is was amazing with my son. Made him laugh and kept saying dont worry be happy which I found so cute. Thank you guys will definitely put up with the parking lot just for the people who work there. 10/10 !!
