If I could give this place 0 star I would! People working at this place are incompetent. I started a process for my mother since August its now October and I still can get her an appointment. Needless to say that I had to start the process all over since her insurance approval expired. They seemed not to know how to followup with drs nor to read!!!!! Specially Kim Santiago she is rude, and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Kim and Donna are absolute life savers. A Cali girl in a bind and they came through in the most amazing way. Forgot VITAL vacation wardrobe necessities and they found a place for me to come in Super friendly and professional. Courteous and knowledgeable.

The VP is nothing more than a salesperson selling you a product. At least that's the impression I got. The store itself didn't seem to have much in stock to chose from, as far as bras are concerned. The ones they did have available were either dated or out of stock in my size. They were nice enough about ordering them, however, after a month of waiting and no one returning my phone calls, it left me wondering if I should have come to this place at all. I don't think I'd feel comfortable coming back on a yearly basis. Once is more than enough for me.
