Absolutely the kindest, most attentive and amazing service anyone could ask for! Stressed out with my first ever broken bone, she came in on HER DAY OFF to help me with a boot and crutches. After getting no help from cvs, walgreens or Walmart, it's clear that small businesses RULE, this one above all else!!! I cannot recommend M.E.D. ENOUGH!!! THANK U SO MUCH 😭🙌👏

Best experience ever. I called on a Friday night after business hours and Iris the owner pick up I told her what I need it and told me that she will open the store up. I need it a nebulizer machine. She was very nice,friendly, and excellent costumer service. This is what this is all about owning a small busses when you need something they are there for you. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!!!! America stay away from the chains because they don’t care about you. Iris was outstanding person. Call her anytime and she will be there what ever needs you need. THANK YOU IRIS !!!

I had an emergency on a Sunday night and I call most of the medical supplies I found trying my luck and everyone of them was closed. Although Medical Express was closed I call and to my surprise the owner answered. I explained that I needed a nebulizer for my daughter and a mask and the owner was so amazing and open for me! Excellent customer service and an amazing human been! Thank you Medical Express!

While on vacation, I unexpectedly injured my ankle. Without the help from the owner I would not have been able to enjoy the rest of my stay. The owner went over and beyond what was necessary to take care of my needs. Even to the extent of meeting me at the store even though they were closed. I am so thankful for this company. I highly recommend them to anyone need great customer service and pricing on medical equipment.
