    I have a brand new Scooter. I only had it for 6 months. The battery started not to charge the way it should. They came out and pick it up. One week later still not fixed. Every time I call to check to see if it fix they always have a some sort of reason they its not ready. It a shame this company don't put the customers first. If I had a choice I would have never went with this company. They are not reliable. When I called them for a battery A new one. They told me that they would take thr scooter with them. They don't have any scooters for customers to use. While they are repairing consumers scooters. I have a broke hip on the right side. And it hard for ne to get around. This is going ob the second week that it had been gone. All this over a new battery. They could have just brought out a brand new battery. But no not them they claim they needed to take it to there shop. This is a problem for me. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. The service here is no good.

    I need portable tanks because I am going out of town and they won't deliver any because my 90 days isn't up. I have to drive to Sandlake to get more if I need them. I can't go that far! Don't appreciate the attitude either. Hope my doc has someone else I can use. 10/13/2017: spoke to the manager because my docs office called them. She agreed to have 6 bottles delivered today. Still waiting. Still don't agree with their 90 day delivery policy at all.

    I've had my scooter only one week. Went to charge it and the b battery will not charge. Called for repair, and the reply was the person was not in today but they will pass on the message. So untill they get around to it I do not have my mobility scooter to get around on. What the heck!!!!! Really!! 😡😡 Manger Cathy called me and said someone would be out on 5/31/17 in the afternoon to fix my scooter. Well that morning I was called and told they had no work order and someone would me out on 6/1/17 to pick up the scooter for repair and it would take 7-14 days. Well Cathy I guess lied just to get me off the phone. I just got the scooter on the 22nd and only rode in it once. I need this for my upcoming trip. Now they say they will bring me another one in the morning. All I can say is we will see. I will let my doctor know not to use them in the future, and I would never never recommend them to anyone. All they want us to take the money and run.
