        I would give this a zero if that was a possibility. I got a new chair dropped off on a Friday afternoon over three weeks ago. I was told someone would come back out to make adjustments. The elevate feature doesnt even work and I need seating adjustments, which renders the chair useless to me. I have called the company many times but nothing has been done to rectify the situation. Update I have heard from NSM. They put me in contact with Julio who handled the whole situation with great customer service and caring attitude.

        I have been trying to get a scooter since August 2023. They sound good on the phone and theyre going to do this and theyre going to do that but it never happens. I called three weeks ago. To see what the status was. I was told the gentleman would be out until Monday and would get in touch with me never happened still waiting. Dont know how theyre still in business.

        This company, and especially JODI were absolutely phenomenal and working to get my mom her scooter. The communication and efficiency was excellent and I would recommend anyone whos needing any kind of mobility scooters to contact this company.
