      image My autopay didn't go through one month and my policy got terminated and they wouldnt let me reinstate. On the app it never said pending cancelation, no phone call or email, just a postcard after it lapsed saying we need to talk to you. If you want to be treated like a human being go to another company

      image I've asked for my coverage to be transferred from TX to FL. I was told there would be an increase. I said if it was too much of an increase, I'd shop around. Just to keep me as a customer, they took away coverage, told me my policy was the same, and gave me an agreed upon price. I was under the impression I had the same policy. Due to being in a crippling auto collision, I understand the importance of effective coverage. They've swindled me, I wrote to corporate and called several times. I have not received a call back and left Allstate. Sad, but true.
