Horrible and overpriced. Pushed me into signing up for paperless for the discounted and missed notice of my bill. They canceled my policy without telling me and let me drive uninsured. Finally got a notice my last bill was sent to a collections agency. Very rude and inconsiderate for someone who has held an allstate policy for well over 10 years. I switched over to State Farm and not only is my policy CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER, but the service was 10 times better. If you want to save money, leave Allstate and g0 to literally any other company for the exact same coverage.

The Alexander practice has our homeowner's (a condominium in a 55+ community) insurance as a result of competitive analysis on an item-for-item basis before we completed our home purchase. So, when it was time for our auto renewals, we gave them a chance to compete for our auto business.
Not only did the program as presented save us about 20% over our previous Diamond level (over 6 years with the same company) coverage, meeting with a consultant in their office yielded even greater savings.
Allstate has a mileage-based program which may well save us another 20% or more, as the second car gets next to no use.
We have had, and fervently hope we continue having, for many years to come, no claims, but based on my prior experience with Allstate, I'd expect exemplary service should the occasion arrive.
We're glad we are here.
