        So apparently the owner removed my previous review. DISGUSTING. shows ALOT about them. My boyfriend was set up by the front desk kary or karen w.e her name is, she is dark skin chubby girl thats rude. He got robbed at gun point she saw his jewelry & cash wen checking in & called her homeboys to do a drive by he got robbed in the parking lot with a gun on his head. This hotel has a scam & robbery going on. Apparently the cameras were OFF at that moment what a coincidence. The detectives & cops are following all investigations. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!! Dont worry you guys are on social media now. This behavior is disgusting specially from the owner to not do nothing against this matter.

        The pictures online should be in classified as false advertising,the room I thought I was getting did not look anything like the picture! The doors are horrible, very hard to open and close, not to mention you can hear everyone open and shut the doors. Didn't get any sleep because of that. There wasn't any towels in the pool area. The people were nice & friendly.Great location though!! They just need to be real about the advertising is all.

        During our stay, we couldn't reach the front desk by phone.......it just rang and rang (I also had a hard time reaching them by phone once I was home and also didn't receive the call back they said I'd receive). My daughter was in a different room than I was because the convention was for her and her room had run out of toilet paper so I stopped by the front desk aftet that evening's event to let them know her room needed some (we were a couple of doors away so she and the other girls would come to my room and use the restroom) and then show me that they would deliver some up to her room but she ended up having to go down to the front desk herself. Also my daughter stated that my room smelled kinda moldy when she first walked in and upon further inspection we noticed there was an old take-out container on the shelf where they put the towels in the bathroom. The one good thing I have to say about building 11 was the close proximity to Wawa because our ONLY ice machine was out of order.
