Honestly it's a great hotel. But the current manager is aggressive and I don't plan on coming back. He refuses to take accountability for other staff providing us different information and functioning under different sets of rules. He could not directly present the policy to us or direct us to it. It's really been rough.
Update: he did finally present the policy to us, and once he was able to verify my identity he stopped threatening to call the cops. I've been staying since Sunday, now it's Thursday. God forbid you visit the pool and don't take your ID and forget your room card.

4/1/2024 After a long day of traveling we finally made it to our hotel. Staff was friendly , however one of our rooms had vomit on the chair , both rooms had no hot water and there were insects in room. When we told a staff member about the vomit in room the person just brought a washcloth and wiped it off. No one even bothered suggesting to change rooms. Spoke with manager Warren and told him about the vomit and other complaints he first presented with concern but when demanded to cancel my reservation ,the attitude began.
Do not stay here !!! If you have vomit not cleaned up what else is not clean that you can not see . That is disgusting and unsanitary.

After driving for so many miles, it was great to be greeted with such great services with smiles.
Juan and front desk team greeted and accommodated us patiently with all smiles.
He was very helpful from check - in to
check -out. This hotel was very accommodating. It serves delicious hot breakfast set up by the friendly / helpful Ms. Evelin, has very nice clean, comfortable and safe rooms.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms: Clean, cozy h and comfortable.
Safety: Feel safe here.
Walkability: Conveniently located near restaurants and shops.
Noteworthy details: Great place to stay
