It was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was great and so convenient. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. Rooms: They were clean and comfortable.

I like the fact that the hotel is walking distance to other such as Walgreens and Red Lobster. Did not appreciate the fact thwt the front desk staff told us there was a gate to get to Red lobster and there was NOT. We found out after walking the whole property in heels and with my children to end up taking an Uber just because we had walked so much and felt like prisonors fence in the property. A gate at th4 back of the parking lot with room key access would have been greatly appreciated. And staff should not give out inaccurate information. Walkability: See comments above

Barely a 10min ride to Universal. Fantastic layout and design. Great Price. The food court/service area is great. The food was high quality and delicious.
