Safety: Security is constantly on it! Customer service is great from representatives in the front office! Maintenance is on point when things need to be fixed! Housekeeping is extremely friendly and great with keeping up with visitors/customers! Especially compared to many other hotels I've stayed at around Orlando, Florida! The only bad thing that I've seen since the start of my stay is their very narrow parking stalls. However, being in the city like this I can understand the accommodations for utilizing space. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Rooms: Everytime I come to Florida always stay at Home Sweet Home. This hotel is so convenient you can step out your room and you got Banks, you got restaurants, convenience stores, you got everything you need right in that area. The buses run every 15 minutes I love home-sweet-home you don't see no roaches in the rooms, no bugs, as long as you keep your room clean. The staff is so nice and I still see the same people every single time I come and they smile get bigger and bigger but thank you. Home Sweet Home
