I asked for a small one and a nice arrangement. When I got to look for it, it was very ugly. I tell her that I don't like it and she got upset and said that I shouldn't grab them then. Also, she throws them in the flower fridge with a very bad attitude. I told him that I needed them if he could make me something nicer. I really do not recommend this place, they make you feel bad after they are doing the wrong job. They need your customer service and flower arrangements better.
In the end she made a slightly better arrangement but it's still not a very nice arrangement plus her bad attitude made the whole process worse. I felt like I had to beg for a slightly more decent arrangement. Very bad decision to choose this place without reading some reviews.

Called to order flowers for a friend. The clerk was exceptionally friendly and got the order out within an hour. Given I was calling from out of state I was so very impressed. My friend sent a picture of the flowers and they are beautiful. Thanks so much for your great service.

Terrible service, I called and they told me they would have my order ready by noon so I stay around the area for 3 hours, just to call back at 12 and for them to tell me that my order isnt ready and wont be ready until tomorrow at 9am which is okay I didnt really have a problem with that so as I was telling the lady on the phone that it was okay and I thanked her for her time she hung up in my face mid sentence. This is extremely unprofessional and the attitude she had the whole time on the phone was atrocious.
