        I was so upset I have given 1 star because of an incident with my delivery, but the owner corrected the situation sometimes the workers doesnt represent what the company stands for . The owner represents his company well really satisfied and impress with the outcome.

        Very disappointed with this company. Ordered the Heart and Soul Bouquet for my wife on Valentine. I purchased the Premium option for $159.00. This was supposed to measure 16"H x 11" W. The boutique when delivered was only 12" H x 11" W, which is alot less impactful than 16" H and the roses was already beginning to wilt. When I emailed them they told me they have a Substitution policy. I have dealt with many florist both online and in person, and JF Flowers is overpriced and provides inferior quality. Will never work with company again. Please Beware.

        We ordered a lily and rose bouquet and my mom just received it. It looks like they got some daisies at the dollar store and put in the vase. No lillies and no roses. Very upset.
