Very bad service, the flowers had to be delivered before 5pm because it was at my wife's work for Valentine's Day, they were delivered at noon the next day, the flowers are open and without color. Failed to delivery the same day. I had to call several times to find out what happened with my order. Delivery was supposed to arrive before 5pm even I ordered a day ahead of time.. They tried to delivery at 6:15pm My office closes at 5pm. Even they lied to me, they stated flowers were delivered and it wasnt. . Next day flowers were delivered, after several calls. Flowers were wilted and look old. This arrangement doesnt look at all as the one I ordered and paid, no roses at all and other kind of flowers were used . Very disappointing and bad experience.

They were impossible to get in contact with, I sent them an email and they replied back over 10 days later, the person I sent flowers to never received them, but the company insisted they left it at the right address, however they never even called to the numbers I gave to verify if they delivered it to the right person, my mother never received the flowers for Valentine's Day and I had to talk to my bank to get that money back because they never answered until recently. Very unprofessional and rude, I've been ordering flowers in many other local places in Orlando since my mother moved there in 2019 and it's the first time we encounter a situation like this, I won't bother to order from them again.
