DO NOT.  I repeat DO NOT use this florist!   I paid $142.24 for the premium version of a bouquet, item #20V105C ,   My best friend is recovering from brain surgery for a glioblastoma, the same thing John McCain had.  She is not permitted visitors other than her son.  I wanted her to have a gorgeous bouquet to cheer her.  I asked her son to take a photo of it, so that I could see it.  I was absolutely shocked!  I have never been disappointed by a florist before, but I certainly am this time!What was delivered didn't even look as good as the standard version of this bouquet.  It looked like someone threw together a few flowers and a lot of greenery.  It looks cheap and haphazard.  It was supposed to be thick with flowers.  I went to the website and tried to call them.  Guess what?  The phone number doesn't work!!   I tried four times thinking I must have dialed incorrectly.  Each time, I got the same recording: "We're sorry.  Your call cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number and try your call again."Then, I searched the website for a way to contact them through email or leave a message asking them to call me.  Guess what?  There is NO MECHANISM on the website for a customer to contact them!!So, essentially, you pay your money, hope for the best, but have no way of complaining about an inadequate or incorrect order.  IF YOU USE THIS FLORIST, YOU'RE A SUCKER.  I WAS!!!
