I think a solid 3 maybe 4 stars. The location is good but I ordered the delux dozen roses and it was about $40 more than when going to the store to buy. When picking up the flowers that I ordered online they had the same arrangement in the cooder at much discounted price... maybe an older set of flowers? Anyhow, it was a bit disappointing to see the roses didn't make it and started to decay in about 4 days, even when adding fresh filtered water.

What a great experience when ordering flowers today for a friend. I called at 9:30 am and the beautiful bouquet was delivered in less than 2 hours. The flower arrangement exceeded my expectations as was the service I received. Thank you!

I ordered flowers for delivery and could not have a better experience. If you select an option other than standard, they really deliver on enhancing the arrangement. The delivery person made sure to call my mom and let her know that they were delivered up front as the receptionist of her office was away. The pricing was also great, no hidden fees or up charges: flowers and tax and you are out the door. Far exceeded any other delivery service in quality, customer service and pricing.

Absolutely my favorite florist in the Central Florida area. Windermere Florist provides personal service, unique arrangements and superior flowers for any event, season and all holidays. Their arrangements bring my family such joy! The service is outstanding!!! The creativity is fabulous!!
