    Horrible experience with the Manager Eliceo. He sold me a phone and left before I could transfer all my data to the new phone, even though I told him from the beginning I needed help doing so. I lost some data and information that I really needed. It is frustrating that they just want to make a sell and forget about you. I didn't get a receipt from him, because he left. I was at the store for awhile after he left trying to transfer data from one phone to the other. I got a receipt from another sales person and the numbers don't up to what I got charge. Eliceo call 2 days later to tell me that their system was having trouble processing payments so the payment I made that day didn't go through. He sent me a receipt that day and the numbers still don't up. This whole process with him is a nightmare. My biggest frustration is being abandoned at the store and not getting help transferring data over. I will not recommend this store to anyone. As a manager Eliceo should learn to put customers FIRST before his own pocket. Lock of sympathy and desire to help the customer, who can ALWAYS recommend you to someone else in order to grow your business or shared bad experiences will determine your future in any industry. I hope Eliceo learns from this experience that everyone walking into that store deserves their total attention, knowledge and professionalism in order to avoid losing future clients.

    I went in needing help with my rebate and Carlos stopped everything he was doing to assist us, he even did it for (with) us. I really appreciated it. While there, he taught me some tips about my phone too- Happy !!

    I visited this Verizon store a few days ago (April 2022) and had a great experience, as I customarily do at all Verizon Wireless stores! Eliceo is the salesman that helped me and my wife...and he is TERRIFIC!!! (And no, this is not some paid review or scam or anything. I am just a regular Verizon customer who enjoys sharing great experiences I've had in hopes that I can help others in some way). Eliceo is extremely honest and straightforward, attentive, detail oriented, personable, and very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and exceptional in his customer service skills, and just a true professional in every sense! He always goes above and beyond to help me as he does with all the customers. (I know because I've observed him while in the store). And UNLIKE some salespeople, Eliceo is NOT pushy and overbearing. He is just so refreshing and pleasant to do business with. Additionally he is very knowledgeable and offers intelligent suggestions tailored to each individual! If you are going to purchase a phone, need help, etc.....Eliceo is one of THE BEST people to go to, hands down. A few last things: The other two salespeople that were in the store when we were there are also very nice and very knowledgeable as well. Additionally...this store has a nice huge selection of phones and tablets, and accessories, Otterboxes, etc.! (I know bc I looked around during a very short wait for my turn to be seen). Thank You Eliceo for everything!
