        Set up an online appointment and selected the service I needed (data recovery), only to be told they didn't do that at that facility when I arrived. Wish they'd contacted me so I could cancel the appointment and not waste my time.

        This is a bit of a mixed bag. Went in because the Asurion Home Plus warranty I purchased is garbage. I spent two hours on the phone with their customer service reps debating whether my device was covered. I went to UBreakIFix and the manager there spent 5-10 minutes also trying to clarify to the Asurion rep why the device should be covered. Ultimately, Asurion said no. The manager then told me not to worry and that he would take care of the controller. So Asurion is awful. The guys at UBreakIFix are awesome. Every time I have been in there all of the guys have been extremely kind and helpful.
