Beauty department is so aggressive in pushing products. It does not feel like the luxury experience Neiman Marcus once was.

Cvs and the staff like Yamirelis, Michael and Gisela make the store 5 stars!!!! God Bless Them

Went to check out in the front with an armful of stuff. No other customers in line. Cashier was talking on cell phone and told me to use self-checkout. Very unhelpful.

Very helpful staff. Management went above and beyond to help me while I was there.

Expect to be on hold at least 45 mins anytime you call.

Talk about rude employees. They are on the top of the list. No customer service.

Horrible service. Never have the vaccines and just send you away. Now on hold for 30 mins after someone picked up. Fire them all.
