    Minute Clinic: 3/5 The interaction with the nurse practioner was slightly odd, but I received medication and a sick note. I could have saved $45 for a strep throat test if she would have examined me first. She was ok otherwise but I wouldn't come her for a serious illness. Pharmacy 4/5 It was a mess. I was seen at the minute clinic but the prescription was split up. The lady who was supposed to cash me out was confused and had an attitude. Im not going to pay $43 for an inhaler which is $22 at Winn-Dixie. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful. The staff should have more compassion for people who are not feeling well. I definitely wouldn't make this my main pharmacy

    Rude and incompetent pharmacy staff. They made me wait over 3 hours for a prescription, and once I tried to pick it up they said the medication was not in stock. When asked why I was not notified, I was told that they did not have my phone number memorized. Then they sent my script to CVS on curry ford but they did it wrong and I had to call provider to send script. The CVS on curry ford is much better and has better customer service.

    Refills are never ready. Never !! When you call they either don't answer or answer with a " hello ?" follow by an unpleasant,rude attitude telling you some lie about your refills or why is not ready . The pharmacists are always too busy chit chatting and telling each other jokes or talking about their personal stuff to actually pay attention on their long drive thru lines or in person lines in the front . Sometimes they even continue their gossiping even when they are fully aware they have people waiting. How rude !! did i mentioned poor costumer service? They never greet the costumers . The manager of this store is aware of the mess they have in that pharmacy but nothing is ever done .

    worst experience ive ever had at a cvs. im type 1 diabetic and had to pick up an entire 3 month refill of ALL my meds. the lady at the counter was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. her name is olivia and she wouldnt even bother to tell me which of my perscriptions were ready that i was picking up. i had to repeatedly ask her 3 times because she kept walking away from me and telling me to just sit down. once i started tearing up from frustration she finally started listing the medication off, mispronouncing all of them to the point i had no idea what she was talking about. a gentleman had to come help her and then she shorted me an entire month supply of my medication that i had to go back in for and she wouldnt even speak to me. the other gentleman had to come up and fix her mistake. ive never been more frustrated or mistreated. ive considered switching pharmacies but my insurance requires me to go to cvs. i hope her superiors investigate her customer service and competency. absolutely ridiculous
