This complex was great at first but in the late months the pool area has been insanely loud and people are disrespectful towards other tenants! The loud music, screams and banging until 2-3am is ridiculous! No respect at all and there are people that we work the next day! Countless of complaints have been sent to the office and nobody has taken the interest to address this issue.

Sandra is the best here. She is always trying to improve things and doing her best. But bell is the worst company. The place is falling apart and they only see money. The hallways look like an old motel and Really dirty with stains and trash all the time. In 8 months only once my hallway was vacuumed. Also have roaches in a lot of hallways. Lights broken. Doors ALL broken and no intention to repair. Front gate same problem. Lake with trash all the timeI can keep telling things. But dont move here they dont really care about this place and its not safe due the broken gates and doors !!!!

Pros: office staff is friendly and responsive (especially Sandra), apartments look nice, courtesy officer, community is MOSTLY quiet.
Note: these are all things Ive notified management about
Cons: maintenance does not always show up, and they dont communicate well while completing a work order: projects are often unfinished and need a reminder to complete. Pest control is BAD. Ants are a big concern in the apartments as well as in the community. Its hard to be barefoot in the pool area, there are large fire ant hills in the dog park, ant hills throughout the complex, and ant colonies in apartments. Ants wouldnt normally bother me, but its definitely excessive. The pest control tech seems lazy, will be in the apartment less than 30 seconds (no exaggeration) and spraying ends up having no effect on pests. My husband has to spray our place himself to keep the ants and silverfish at bay. Doors are broken, including the main gates since moving here (8 months). Hallways are dirty and musty since theyre never cleaned.
Neighbors: Most just keep to themselves, but many are inconsiderate. I have heard people blasting music in the middle of the night. This hasnt been a huge concern for me because Ive only noticed it 2 or 3 times since Ive been here. People drive pretty crazy in the parking lot. I regularly notice crazy speeding, reversing without looking, blowing through stop signs, and parking in the middle of the road. Since I have a young daughter, this is a BIG concern for me. A good amount of people dont leash their dogs either, and theyre generally the most misbehaved and aggressive dogs. I have 2 service dogs who have almost been attacked, so this is a major concern for me too.
Luxury Apartments is a stretch based on the quality of upkeep for basics like insects, maintenance, and fixing minor apartment issues. The apartments themselves are nice, but I dont think the rent price is justified.

Its really sad that this beautiful place is so left behind by Bell Partners, there is a clear need of more budget and staff for this to work, the maintenance takes months to repair something, hallways with carpets full of stains, trash accumulates because the cleaning is barely covered, done by a single person! ON THE ENTIRE COMPLEX, its been months since the last time they even vacuumed the hallways. Every door and gate is broken or partially working, every tenant has two clickers that work as a key but everything is just open because not a single door works, and this havent been fixed for more than a year now!!! So forget about gated community, or even feeling secure, theres usually outside people or guests partying at the pool on weekends because anyone can enter, unless something changes, make a good use of your money and pick another place that actually works.
